As military brat, Chris spent his childhood in England, Seattle, Omaha, & Williamsburg, and upon graduating from college, has spent most of his adult life in Richmond. Prior to obtaining his real estate license, Chris worked in marketing in the corporate world and co-owned a boutique toy store with his wife.  But even before officially entering the real estate world, and eventually becoming a broker, he had a passion for showing off the city to friends relocating and helping them find a great place to rent or buy. Chris and his family have lived throughout the city and surrounding areas, including the Northside, Near West End, Museum District, Henrico, & Bon Air and appreciate all the nuances and offerings each neighborhood has.  Needless to say, Chris has a great love for the city and enjoys the vibrant music, food and beer scene as well as all of the spectacular outdoor activities of kayaking, biking and hiking along the James River. When not busy with real estate, you'll find Chris helping out at several area non-profits - some favorites are RVA Community Fridges, Build RVA, He She Ze and We, Richmond SPCA and Feed More.
